The service

Systems Over Hustle (community.aaroncuha.com) is a private membership platform operated by Haymaker LLC, 6300 N Sagewood Dr, Park City, UT 84098, providing coaching tools, community features, courses, and a member referral network. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

Accounts and conduct

Keep your login credentials private and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse the platform: no harassment, no scraping other members' information, no unlawful content, and no use of the referral network for spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Membership and billing

Paid membership is billed by subscription at the price shown at signup. You can cancel any time from your billing page; access continues through the period already paid. Coaching clients receive access as part of their coaching program.

SMS text message program terms

The Systems Over Hustle notification program sends transactional text messages related to your account, such as an alert that another member sent you a referral inquiry or replied to your referral conversation.

• Message frequency varies based on activity on your account.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt out.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at ac@aaroncuha.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in: you provide your mobile number when enrolling in coaching or in your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Content

Course material, coaching content, and platform design belong to Haymaker LLC or its licensors and are for your personal use as a member. Content you post remains yours; you give us the license needed to display it to the members you share it with.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided as is. Coaching content is education, not a guarantee of business results, and nothing on the platform is legal, tax, or investment advice. Referral arrangements between members, including any referral fees, are agreements between those members. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haymaker LLC's liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
