Systems Over Hustle (community.aaroncuha.com) is the private coaching and community platform operated by Haymaker LLC, 6300 N Sagewood Dr, Park City, UT 84098 ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy: ac@aaroncuha.com.
Account information you provide (name, email address, mobile phone number), business information you enter as part of coaching (goals, numbers, weekly updates), the referral profile you choose to publish to other members (photo, bio, market, specialties, social links), messages you send inside the platform, and standard usage data (log and device information).
To operate the platform and your membership, deliver coaching features, connect members for referrals, send you service notifications (email and, with your consent, text messages), process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
If you provide your mobile number, we may send you transactional text messages about your account, such as a notification that another member sent you a referral inquiry or replied to your referral conversation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude mobile opt-in data and consent.
We share data only with the service providers required to run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery, text message delivery, payment processing), each bound to use it only to provide their service to us. Your referral profile is visible only to signed-in, paying members of the community. We never sell personal information, and we never share it for third-party marketing.
You can edit or hide your referral profile at any time from your account, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, manage email preferences in your account settings, and request deletion of your account and data by emailing ac@aaroncuha.com.
Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit, and retained while your account is active or as required for legal and accounting purposes.
